Limited lifetime warranty

Limited lifetime workmanship warranty. At Coastal Pros, we stand behind the quality of our work. This warranty covers defects caused by our labor and installation on eligible projects we complete, including painting, fencing, sunrooms, screen rooms, epoxy floors, and general construction services. If our workmanship causes a problem, we will inspect it, and if it's on us, we will repair the affected area at no labor cost. For paint, that includes peeling, blistering, cracking, flaking, or failure caused by our improper prep or application. For fences, installation-related issues like loose posts or gate problems caused by install. For sunrooms and screen rooms, installation, framing, trim, and sealing issues. For epoxy, coating failure caused by improper surface prep or application. Materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, customer supplied materials aren't covered for product performance. Exclusions include normal wear, fading, weather, moisture intrusion, structural movement, rot, insects, impact, misuse, neglect, other contractors, or pre-existing conditions. Customer must provide written notice and allow us to inspect before anyone else repairs. Remedy is limited to repair of the affected area. This warranty applies to the original customer for as long as they own the property, is non-transferable unless approved in writing, and requires full payment. Signature block.
